Restoring a Land Rover Series in Thailand often means working with local workshops, specialists and suppliers. Different ways of working and communicating can sometimes make things unclear.
We help bridge that gap through clear communication, practical coordination and follow-up within the agreed scope.

Best for: International Land Rover owners in Thailand who need local support communicating and coordinating with workshops, specialists or suppliers during restoration or other vehicle-related work.
One-Time Support
THB 3,000 / Assignment
For a specific matter that can be handled within an agreed scope.
Includes up to 2 hours of support.
Examples:

Clarifying a workshop quotation or project update

Communicating a specific request or concern

Following up on a specific repair or service matter

Clarifying information between you and your service provider
The scope will be agreed before we begin. If more time is needed, we’ll let you know before continuing.
Ongoing Owner Support
THB 10,000 / Month
For owners who need ongoing communication and coordination during a restoration project, repair work or other vehicle-related services.
Includes up to 8 hours of support per month.
This may include:

Communication with your workshop, specialist or supplier

Clarifying and summarising key updates
-
Following up on agreed actions and next steps
Support applies to the agreed project and scope. On-site visits are charged separately.
On-site Support
THB 5,000 / Visit
Where appropriate, Rover Concierge Thailand can attend a workshop or meeting to assist with communication and coordination.
Includes up to 3 hours on-site per visit.
If more time is needed, we’ll let you know before continuing.
Travel Expenses

Bangkok Metropolitan Area: THB 1,000 / visit

Outside Bangkok Metropolitan Area: Quoted separately based on location.
Additional Support
Support beyond the time included in each service is available at THB 1,500 per hour. Any additional time and cost will always be agreed with you before we continue.

Rover Concierge Thailand provides communication and coordination support only. We do not manage restoration projects or provide technical assessments. Quotations, workmanship, project timelines and services remain the responsibility of the respective workshop, specialist or service provider.

If support beyond the agreed scope is required, any additional work and fees will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Working with PAT Garage

If you choose PAT Garage for restoration work, no separate Rover Concierge Owner Support fee is charged for communication and coordination relating to that restoration.

All other Rover Concierge services are charged separately, including Vehicle Inspection Coordination, even when PAT Garage is the service provider.

Rover Concierge support is tailored to your requirements and quoted based on the scope of support needed.
Government fees, shipping costs and third-party service provider fees are quoted or charged separately and are not included in the Rover Concierge service fee.
